Responsibilities:

• Create engaging video content using AI platforms like HeyGen for real estate marketing
• Develop scripts and copy using ChatGPT and other AI writing tools
• Manage Facebook and Instagram accounts for lead generation and brand building
• Design and execute social media advertising campaigns to attract buyers and sellers
• Create marketing materials and forms for lead capture
• Set up and manage ManyChat integration with Facebook Messenger for automated lead nurturing
• Develop content strategies to support local market penetration and national referral network expansion
• Monitor and optimize social media performance to maximize ROI and lead generation

Requirements

• Proven experience with AI marketing tools, specifically HeyGen and ChatGPT
• Strong background in social media management and content creation (portfolio is a must)
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram advertising and organic content strategies
• Knowledge of ManyChat or similar chatbot/automation platforms
• Previous experience working with real estate agents or companies preferred
• Understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing channels simultaneously
