Job Description

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online-to-table conversions. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels, posts).
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to build community engagement.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the marketing and restaurant teams to promote specials, events, and seasonal menus.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
• Engage with influencers, local food bloggers, and partners to expand brand reach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X/Twitter).
• Photography, videography, and basic editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools).
• Excellent copywriting skills with a fun, approachable brand voice.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy based on performance insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Passion for food, wellness, and plant-based living (a plus).
