Job Description

Spartan is looking for a creative and organised freelance Social Media Executive to support the brand’s growing digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a keen eye for trends, and is confident creating content that connects with audiences. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to help manage day-to-day posting, create engaging content, and keep our community active and engaged across platforms.

Requirements

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging short-form video and visual content that reflects Spartan’s tone, style, and energy. You should be fast, plugged into trends, and able to turn around high-quality content with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film and edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Write captions, post content, and manage the publishing schedule.
• Actively manage community interactions (DMs, comments, tags, etc.).
• Monitor trends and suggest new creative ideas regularly.
• Track performance and report key metrics to the team.
• Maintain a consistent visual and brand tone across all output.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a social media or content role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools).
• Solid communication, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently.
