We are building a new way to scale marketing by combining the speed of AI with the creativity, discernment, and expertise that humans provide. Customers enter an objective in natural language, and Averi orchestrates a blend of specialized AI agents and vetted human experts to deliver measurable, on-brand results faster than traditional teams.

We are looking for Graphic Design Marketing Specialists to join our expert marketplace. As an expert, you will partner with brands that need design to do more than look good; it needs to work. You will help clients craft visuals that inspire, inform, and convert, creating everything from brand identity systems to campaign assets.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. resident
• 3–5+ years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio across brand, marketing, and digital assets
• Collaborative approach and attention to detail

Responsibilities

We’re seeking experts with experience in:

• Designing brand identities, logos, and visual systems
• Creating campaign assets across digital and print (ads, banners, sales collateral, pitch decks)
• Designing social media content, infographics, and marketing visuals
• Collaborating with marketers and content creators to ensure cohesive brand expression
• Preparing assets for cross-channel use (web, email, social, events, print)
• Applying design systems and style guides consistently across projects

Preferred Skills

Experts with experience in:

• Brand identity design & visual systems
• Digital & print marketing asset design
• Social & content design (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads, etc.)
• Typography, color, and layout mastery
• Tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.
• Strong portfolio of diverse creative work
