Job Description

The Graphic Designer creates visual concepts, typically using software, to communicate ideas and messages for brands and products across digital and print media. Key responsibilities include designing layouts, logos, and other visual content, collaborating with marketing and brand teams, managing projects to meet deadlines, and ensuring designs align with brand guidelines. A strong portfolio and proficiency in design software like the Adobe Creative Suite are essential for this role.

Core Responsibilities

• Create Visual Concepts: Translate ideas and brand messages into compelling visual designs for various platforms.
• Design Assets: Develop graphics for websites, advertisements, brochures, social media, presentations, and product packaging.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with clients, marketing teams, copywriters, and other creative professionals to understand needs and ensure project goals are met.
• Develop Layouts: Arrange text, images, and other design elements to create visually appealing and effective layouts for print and digital use.
• Manage Projects: Handle multiple design projects, ensuring they stay within budget and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain Brand Identity: Ensure all created designs and visuals consistently align with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Prepare for Production: Create and prepare final files for both print and digital production, sometimes liaising with printers or web developers.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is crucial.
• Creative Skills: Strong ability to conceptualize ideas, select typography, color, and images to convey messages effectively.
