Job Description
Liv Breads is hiring a part-time, in-house Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will create engaging food-based content, including photos and reels, and possess expertise in hiring photographers and videographers, developing content ideas, and providing creative direction. They should have experience with food styling and ensure that our Instagram account aligns with our brand and tone. The content creator will collaborate closely with the owners to develop ideas, manage priorities, create a posting calendar, schedule shoots, and manage assets.
This position requires on-site work across three close locations for content capturing and face-to-face meetings. There is potential for additional hours for candidates with a strong marketing background who can also take on more marketing responsibilities. The role can be structured as part-time (W-2) or freelance (1099).

Responsibilities
Required:
- Create engaging content for Facebook and Instagram; implement a TikTok account.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage posting schedules, taking holidays and new products into account.
- Utilize appropriate tools to create visually appealing photos and reels; graphic design experience is a plus.
- Collaborate with front and back of house department Managers to bring ideas to fruition.
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Demonstrate professionalism while sourcing and working with external vendors.
Preferred:
- Conduct research on industry trends and audience preferences to guide content creation.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and social listening tools.
- Seek out opportunities to engage with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Contribute to other marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Food styling experience; food-based photography and/or videography skills are a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule to capture content at varying hours and days of the week, acknowledging bakery operating hours.
- A passion for great food and coffee!
