Content Manager - long term contract - 10+ hours p/w with ongoing partnership desired

Allure Projects is a creative social media and brand studio based in Northern NSW, working with beauty, wellness, health, and property brands across Australia. We create strategic, high-performing content that captures each client’s essence — and we’re growing our team. We’re looking for a Content Manager to help manage content planning, scheduling, and strategy across multiple client brands. This role will work closely with Tanisha (Creative Director) and our in-house editors to build streamlined systems, engaging content calendars, and data-driven strategies. You’ll manage and update client content calendars in Planable, research trending content ideas suited to niche audiences, and use SERanking (or similar SEO tools) to plan and optimize captions and strategy. The role involves building monthly content plans, reviewing analytics to refine calendars, collaborating with editors and the creative director to brief and repurpose content, and organizing assets via Google Workspace. Experience managing multi-brand social media content, confidence with the required platforms, and an eye for design and storytelling are all important. The position is freelance, fully remote, and starts at 10+ hours per week with room to grow and a long-term contract for the right fit. We prefer candidates in Australia or similar time zones.

Budget range:
$15-20 USD per hour
