This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM PST

Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours

Responsibilities

• Engage with other players and accounts in the crypto casino space across social media platforms.
• Respond to inquiries and comments on Instagram and X (Twitter).
• Use provided canned responses or add a personal touch to make interactions authentic.
• Ask engaging questions to encourage community participation.
• Reply with appropriate gifs or preset responses to social media inquiries.
• Focus primarily on engagement rather than content creation.
• Build trust and strengthen the casino’s social media presence.

Requirements

• Excellent English writing skills with strong grammar and punctuation.
• Experience using Instagram and X (Twitter).
• Ability to engage naturally within online gaming or casino communities.
• Strong communication skills and professional brand representation.
• Comfortable using pre-written templates while adding personality where appropriate.
• Understanding of social media engagement best practices.
