Brand & Social Media Strategist for a High-End Hair Transplant Clinic (Global Growth Focus)

We are a renowned hair transplant clinic based in the Dominican Republic, led by a world-class surgeon recognized for excellence in hair restoration. Our objective is to expand our global presence and attract patients from the U.S., local, and other international markets by building a digital brand that communicates trust, exclusivity, and high-quality results. We are seeking a Brand & Social Media Strategist who can help us design and implement a brand strategy and social media presence that delivers genuine engagement, drives qualified leads, and positions our clinic as an international leader in hair restoration. In this role, you will define our brand direction, create targeted social media strategies, and ensure all content and campaigns uphold a cohesive identity. You will work closely with our content and production teams, focusing efforts on lead generation and measurable growth, while leveraging analytics to improve performance and exploring collaboration opportunities with influencers and industry partners. Proven experience in brand and social media strategy—ideally in healthcare, aesthetics, or high-end services—is required, along with a strategic approach to storytelling, data-driven marketing, and fluency in English. Knowledge of Spanish and experience in luxury branding or influencer management are a plus.
