We’re a growing dental and media-focused brand led by a dentist and entrepreneur who’s passionate about business, storytelling, and authenticity. Our content spans behind-the-scenes clinic life, entrepreneurship, lifestyle, and leadership. We’re looking for a creative content creator who loves social media, storytelling, and trends. This is not a corporate media job — it’s hands-on, idea-driven, and flexible. Perfect for a college student, influencer, or self-taught creator who understands how to make content that actually connects.

Responsibilities

You’ll help us:

• Come up with creative video ideas that fit our brand and audience.
• Film and capture real, authentic behind-the-scenes moments (using your phone or ours).
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Post and schedule content, write engaging captions, and follow trending sounds.
• Stay on top of social media trends, memes, and formats.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience creating short-form video content (even for your own social media).
• Understands how trends work and can adapt them to different topics.
• Has a good eye for visuals, humor, and storytelling.
• Is comfortable filming in real-life environments (office, people, etc.).
• Is reliable, creative, and organized.
• Brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a team.

Tools You’ll Use

• Your smartphone (no pro camera needed).
• Basic editing software (CapCut, VN, Final Cut, or anything you already use).
• Canva or similar for simple graphics and captions.

Schedule

• Part-time: ~5–10 hours per week (flexible schedule).
• Occasional in-person filming in Riverside, CA.

Growth

This role can grow into a Social Media Lead position as we expand our content channels.
