Job Description

Black Rose Records, LLC is seeking freelance Graphic Designers to join our visual design division. This is a commission-based position for self-motivated creatives who can bring ideas to life with precision, speed, and artistic integrity. The role involves designing for music branding, marketing campaigns, event flyers, fashion visuals, and cinematic IP (City of Bloody Roses). Candidates should be able to merge street luxury, dark fantasy, and pop culture flair.

Responsibilities

• Design promotional materials for music, fashion, and multimedia campaigns.
• Develop brand visuals, flyers, cover art, social media graphics, and merchandise mockups.
• Collaborate with the marketing and A&R teams to bring creative direction to life.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Meet project deadlines while balancing creative freedom and client needs.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, or digital artwork.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or equivalent tools.
• Experience in music, fashion, or entertainment design is a plus.
• Must be reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Open to feedback, teamwork, and fast-paced creative environments.

Compensation

This position is commission-based, with rates varying based on experience, skill level, and project scope.

• Base Commission Range: 20%–40% of project value.
• Experienced designers or lead creators may qualify for higher-tier percentages and ongoing royalties for long-term collaborations.
