Key elements required include cross-platform accessibility, AI-powered planning and optimization for generating project plans, risk identification, and schedule management. The solution should offer automated notifications with escalation protocols for tasks, dynamic and customizable dashboards for stakeholders, and robust authentication to safeguard user data. Our goal is to improve schedule compliance, enhance decision-making, and ensure safety within maintenance projects for our company, Nkosi Inathi Investments, based in Secunda, South Africa.
