Job Description

The role is for an experienced Graphic Designer to join a creative-driven advertising team. The designer will be responsible for delivering fresh ideas, maintaining brand consistency, and executing high-quality projects. This position is suitable for part-time, freelance, or contract designers who value flexibility and wish to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print assets including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, flyers, presentations, and signage.
• Maintain and evolve brand standards across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and leadership on campaigns and promotions.
• Prep and deliver print-ready files when necessary.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Respond to feedback quickly and refine designs efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Familiarity with digital marketing design formats and best practices (social, web, email).
• Strong eye for layout, typography, and color.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
• Bonus: experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX.
• Video editing skills and social media designs are a bonus.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $28 to $40 per hour, based on experience and portfolio strength.

Schedule

Part-time work with expected hours between 15 to 25 hours per week, flexible working hours available.

Location

Remote work or hybrid options available in Arizona, specifically in Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
