Job Description

Winter Pie Shop and Down the Chimney are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to join us this holiday season! We’re looking for someone who loves food content, making viral videos, and spreading holiday cheer. The Social Media Manager will capture content at the Bryant Park and Union Square Holiday Markets and create daily videos that showcase our desserts and bring customers to our booths. Down the Chimney went viral regularly on social media last season, and we’d love to keep the energy going with posts that highlight our delicious baked goods. You’ll also collaborate with content creator @winnie_thepooj (of viral series @bkcoffeeshop), who will be leading content strategy.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

_ Social media experience (food-specific is a plus)

_ Self-starter who can visit Bryant Park consistently and work with the team to capture footage on the spot

_ Availability late October through early January

_ Bonus if you love pie, chimney cakes, or both!

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

_ Film, edit, and post daily TikToks and Instagram Reels

_ Stay on top of food content and holiday market trends

_ Post stories, reply to DMs, and interact with comments on both accounts

_ Collaborate with food influencers by gifting product and resharing their content

Base Pay: From $20.00 per hour
