Social Media Manager is needed in London, United Kingdom.

We are a boutique property agency based in Putney, London, with over 20 years of industry experience, looking to launch and grow our brand. We require a part-time contract social media manager to support our cold start, focusing on video, animation, music & audio, and marketing. The ideal expert will develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and attract buyers and sellers. The role involves content creation (including property tours, lifestyle content, and behind-the-scenes), copywriting and storytelling for online platforms, and building community engagement through responding to comments and forging local relationships. Paid advertising skills, especially with Facebook and Instagram, are a plus. The ability to track, report, and explain analytics to ensure ongoing growth is needed. Our preferred style aligns with leading estate agents such as The Modern House, Acoot, Inigo, Stone, and Devonports. The position is hybrid (some on-site presence in London required), with a target launch date of March 2026. We are currently in the planning and research phase.
