Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 9am to 4pm Pacific

Scope:

• Primary focus on Instagram and Facebook with occasional TikTok content
• Complete ownership of social media strategy and execution
• Direct collaboration with business owner in a small team environment
• Flexible scheduling with potential for time zone alignment
• Growth opportunity as the travel company continues to scale

Responsibilities:

• Build comprehensive social media storyboards and craft strategic content plans
• Create engaging content from raw footage and still images, including long-form and short-form posts, reels, and stories
• Own the complete posting process across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms
• Review and analyze social media analytics to measure performance and engagement
• Make data-driven adjustments to optimize content strategy and posting schedules
• Write SEO-optimized content including blog posts to support broader marketing efforts
• Manage and execute the complete content creation workflow from concept to publication

Requirements

• Proven experience in end-to-end social media management
• Strong content creation skills with ability to work with raw video footage and images
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms
• Analytics and data analysis capabilities for performance optimization
• Content writing skills including SEO knowledge for blog creation
• Ability to work independently and manage the complete social media process
