Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and brand management. They will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with business goals, fostering relationships with the community, and creating engaging short-form video content. Quick editing skills on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook are essential, with a focus on Reels. The candidate should also respond to comments quickly and kindly while maintaining an established brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management with a strong repertoire showcasing successful Instagram pages.
• Strong skills in short-form video editing.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools to track performance metrics effectively.
• Ability to supply a proven track record of success in running an Instagram account.

Pay

This position is an Independent Contractor role. Payment will be based on the creation of content—specifically, posting the same pieces of content across multiple platforms. The contractor will edit a Reel from provided files, upload it to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and will receive a fixed amount for the piece of content used across these platforms. Payment will be made every Friday.
