Seminar in MSFT Access

We are looking for a freelancer with strong knowledge of Microsoft Access to assist with a personal project. You should be able to work in Access and provide expertise in handling tasks and data management within the platform. The work is a single remote job and we are ready to move forward with hiring. The requirements are flexible regarding duration, and we are looking for either a junior or mid-level expert. You will collaborate directly with the client, based in Split, Croatia.

I need this for a university seminar — I haven’t received the topic yet, but it should look something like this:
Enable the input and updating of all data necessary for the application’s operation.
All data must be accessible through the application, i.e., via forms (and not directly through tables). In other words, all data entry must be done through the application.
Enable the input and updating of equipment (name, purpose, owner, etc.).
Enable printing of a list of hardware and software equipment separately, sorted by equipment name.
Enable printing of a list of equipment (both hardware and software) located in a particular room. The equipment list must be sorted by name, and the total quantity of equipment in each room must be displayed.
Create at least one many-to-many relationship.
The above requirements must be met. For higher grades, students are expected to independently identify (and implement) additional requirements. The programming tool, language, and DBMS must be the same as those used in laboratory exercises.
DATA MODEL
Each group must create a data model that can meet the specified requirements. The data model consists of an E-R diagram and a list of attributes for each table. For each attribute, the following must be specified: name, data type, size, and cardinality (minimum and maximum), as well as key designations (primary and foreign keys).
