Creative Social Media Manager for Cultural NGO (X + Facebook, English/Finnish/Swedish)

We are a creative civic-tech NGO based in Finland, bringing together artists, designers, and digital innovators to turn public memory into living, verifiable stories on the blockchain. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to grow our cultural NGO’s presence on X (Twitter) and Facebook. The role involves creating engaging posts in English and Finnish, planning monthly content calendars, and managing community interactions. You should be able to develop storytelling approaches that align with our mission, monitor engagement metrics, and recommend improvements. Experience with social media management, digital marketing, community-oriented communication, and familiarity with tools like Canva or Meta Business Suite is required. Excellent writing and communication skills in English are essential, and Finnish or Swedish language skills are assets. The role is part-time, can be remote or based in Helsinki, and you’ll work closely with our team to help build our online community and support our civic engagement initiatives.
