Full Mood Studio is a graphic design agency specializing in branding, marketing, websites, and murals. We work with business owners, creative agencies, and community leaders, especially in wellness, culture, nature, food, and art. Our approach values partnership, collaboration, and empowerment. We help nonprofits and mission-driven businesses amplify their visual presence and storytelling through thoughtful and intentional design. From logos and brand guides to websites and murals, we create visuals that are authentic, purposeful, and aligned with each client’s vision.

This is a remote, project-based role based in Fargo, ND. You’ll collaborate closely with the studio lead and clients to create engaging designs, build branding systems, and develop cohesive websites. If your design style balances modern polish with an organic, grounded feel, we might be a perfect fit. Think clean lines, natural textures, and intentional simplicity.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Creating original logo concepts, brand systems, and visual identities
• Designing brand boards, marketing materials, and web layouts
• Collaborating on brand strategy and creative direction
• Managing projects from concept to completion

Requirements

• A self-motivated designer who’s down-to-earth, curious, and fun to collaborate with
• Formally trained in graphic design, with some professional experience
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva
• Adaptable, resourceful, and confident running with creative direction
• Available for project-based freelance work, with the potential for ongoing collaboration
• Proficiency in creative design and visual communication
• Experience with branding and web design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Graphic Design

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-time

Base Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
