Job Description

Join A Snail’s Pace, a locally owned running shop with a 45-year legacy in Southern California, as a talented and versatile Graphic Designer. This position is essential for solidifying the ASP brand look across ASP Running Shop, ASP Run Club, and ASP Pint & Pace. Collaborate with the Marketing Director in a casual, high-output environment to co-create and execute the visual presence of the ASP brand, bringing energy and imagination to our marketing campaigns and physical assets.

Requirements

• Brand Development: Co-develop a comprehensive ASP brand guideline covering all ASP entities.
• Campaign Execution: Produce compelling key art for major marketing campaigns and adapt for various channels (digital, social, print).
• Physical Assets: Design marketing materials such as seasonal apparel, in-store signage, and event-specific items.
• Digital Content: Create graphics for social media and other digital assets, with an understanding of effective content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Project Management: Follow the Marketing editorial calendar to ensure timely project delivery and proactively communicate challenges.
• Brand Adherence: Maintain and adapt design style to fit the mood and guidelines of ASP and various brand partners.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.90 - $27.57 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Work Location: In person
