Social Media Manager for Creative Agency

We are a creative and strategic marketing studio based in Portugal, seeking a Social Media Manager to work remotely with our team. You will be in charge of planning, creating, scheduling, and reporting on social media content for multiple clients, primarily in the wellness, personal branding, and lifestyle sectors. The role involves close collaboration with our design team and direct communication with our clients. Strong strategic and creative skills are essential, as is the capability to manage both strategy and execution. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and bring creativity to the table. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, writing engaging captions in Portuguese (Portugal), coordinating with designers and video editors, managing content calendars, posting, tracking metrics, and providing monthly reports. You’ll also take part in online meetings with clients. Fluency in Portuguese (Portugal), excellent organization, and good communication are required. Experience with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and tools such as ClickUp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Metricool is important. Experience in video editing and paid ad campaigns is a bonus.
