Job Description

Consensus Cloud Solutions is a prominent digital cloud fax and interoperability solutions organization, committed to connecting healthcare providers and leveraging advanced technology for improved patient care. The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for establishing the design function and aesthetic direction across the product portfolio. This role is foundational, requiring a hands-on leader to deliver immediate design improvements and build long-term design scalability and product consistency.

Requirements

• Relevant certifications in UX, Interaction Design, or Accessibility (e.g., CPACC, CSQA, Nielsen Norman Group certifications).
• 5+ years of professional experience in a hands-on UI/UX design role, focusing on complex B2B or enterprise software.
• 3+ years as the lead or sole contributor directing the design program for a major product or portfolio.
• Expert-level proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, Gemini).
• Proven experience in conducting product audits and translating findings into a design strategy.
• Extensive experience creating wireframes and prototypes across web and mobile platforms.
• Experience with quantitative user testing methodologies (e.g., A/B testing).
• Thorough understanding of UI/UX design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and compliance best practices.
• Exceptional ability to work independently and manage high workloads without supervision.
• Mastery of communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences, including articulating design rationale and influencing decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Healthcare design experience preferred, along with experience in highly-regulated industries like healthcare or finance.
• Experience with visual collaboration tools like Miro.
• Portfolio showcasing success in simplifying complex business processes through design.

Additional Details

• Location: Fully remote within the U.S.
• Travel: Up to 10%.
• Physical: Ability to sit for long periods and handle screen time.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $115,000 - $122,500 annually. The total compensation package may be negotiable and could include an annual performance bonus, ESPP, and enhanced time-off packages.
