Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer / Visual Instructional Designer to convert book concepts into professional, polished, and user-friendly visual tools. Your work will primarily focus on transforming the core concepts from “The Nexus Framework” into various visual formats including worksheets, templates, and frameworks. The role involves creating modern, branded tools for use in workshops, consulting sessions, and leadership development programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong graphic design and layout skills.
• Experience in creating business frameworks, consulting tools, or coaching worksheets.
• The ability to interpret abstract concepts and translate them into clear visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma (with experience in PowerPoint slide design as a bonus).

Work Scope

Your specific tasks will include:

• Converting text-based tables into professional worksheets (fillable PDF or editable formats).
• Turning conceptual frameworks into clean, modern visual diagrams.
• Creating leadership scorecards, self-assessment sheets, and action planning templates.
• Designing a cohesive visual identity across all tools to ensure consistency.

Deliverables

The expected deliverables for this role range from 10 to 25 visual assets which may include:

• Worksheets (PDF + editable formats).
• Diagnostic tools & assessment scorecards.
• Visual framework diagrams (PNG/SVG/PPTX slide-ready).
• Process models and flow visuals.
• 90-Day Action Planner templates.
• Printable workbook pages.

A brand-aligned, clean, and minimalist design style is preferred.
