Job Description

You’ll coordinate social media activities – posting content, engaging with followers, writing captions, selecting hashtags, and tracking growth.

Responsibilities

● Plan and schedule weekly posts

● Write captions, select hashtags, and follow trends

● Engage with followers (comments, stories, DMs)

● Coordinate with content creators

● Provide weekly growth reports

● Suggest ad boosts or new campaign ideas

Qualifications

● College student (Marketing, Media, or Design preferred)

● Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook

● Canva or social media tool experience

● Strong English writing and communication

● Reliable, organized, and consistent

Work Setup & Compensation

Hybrid Goal-Based Model (-5%)

● Base Stipend: $125/month for regular posting, engagement, and coordination

● Task Completion Bonus: +$16/month for completing weekly schedules and reports

● Growth Bonus: +$21 for every +1,000 new followers or +10% engagement rise

● Campaign Bonus: $16–$26 for managing special campaigns (giveaways, collaborations)

Example: Base $125 + Task $16 + Growth $21 = $162/month typical.

Strong month (growth + campaign): $190–$210/month.
