Job Description

The Graphic Designer will create designs that are consistent with our brand guidelines including look, feel, and tone. They will participate in developing creative solutions to achieve the objectives of our restaurant banners and will design and develop all social media images, display and online assets for use across various platforms and browsers. The designer will work with brand teams to follow existing briefing processes, gather assets, brainstorm ideas, and deliver approved designs on time. Responsibilities also include designing various graphic communication tools, advertising campaigns in different media, user interfaces for websites in various formats, and conducting photo retouching, along with other related tasks.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign).

• Knowledge of web design processes and best practices, including image optimization, responsive design, basic HTML, and CSS.

• Familiarity with AI-based tools to assist with graphic designing is preferred.

• Good knowledge of social platforms, sizes, and aspect ratios for web.

• Intermediate skills in typography and illustration.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with rigor, speed, and minimal supervision.

• Organized, versatile, autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Experience in creating rich media assets (videos, GIFs, cinemagraphs, stop motion) is a bonus.
