Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer / Visual Instructional Designer to transform the core concepts from the book “The Nexus Framework” into professional visual tools. The role involves creating models, frameworks, tables, scorecards, worksheets, and leadership tools that are polished and user-friendly. The final products will be used in workshops, consulting sessions, and leadership development programs.

Requirements

Main responsibilities include:

• Convert text-based tables into professional worksheets (fillable PDF or editable formats).
• Transform conceptual frameworks into clean, modern visual diagrams.
• Create leadership scorecards, self-assessment sheets, and action planning templates.
• Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all tools for consistency.

Expected deliverables range from 10 to 25 visual assets, possibly including:

• Worksheets (PDF + editable formats).
• Diagnostic tools & assessment scorecards.
• Visual framework diagrams (PNG/SVG/PPTX slide-ready).
• Process models and flow visuals.
• 90-Day Action Planner templates.
• Printable workbook pages.

A brand-aligned, clean, minimalist design style is preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong graphic design and layout skills.
• Experience in creating business frameworks, consulting tools, or coaching worksheets.
• Ability to interpret abstract concepts and turn them into clear visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or Figma (Bonus for PowerPoint slide design).
