Social media/content creator manager

Social Media Manager is needed in New Zealand.

I am the owner of a newly acquired Polynesian stationery brand, TUSI bilingual stationery, and we are focused on embracing and highlighting cultural authenticity. We are planning a significant social media campaign over the next 4–6 weeks to drive engagement and sales for our range of bilingual Samoan/English diaries and planners. I am looking for someone who is creative, understands the importance of Polynesian culture, and can bring that perspective into content planning and creation for Instagram and Facebook. The role involves developing a content calendar for both channels, creating reels, posts, and stories (3–5 posts per week initially), and producing engaging visuals. While I am open to drafting captions, I need support with reel creation and generating some new content. Monthly reporting on analytics such as metrics, KPIs, engagement, follower growth, and sales will be required. Our main goal is to re-launch the brand with a strong, culturally-reflective voice, drive traffic to our product site, and create a steady content flow beyond the initial campaign period. The position requires an immediate start with an initial intensive effort transitioning to maintenance mode. Please include examples of your work with product or e-commerce brands and describe how you measure success.
