BruntWork - Graphic Designer

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM New Jersey Time; includes a 1-hour unpaid break

Paid hours per week: 40 hours

Job Overview: We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate Our Client’s energy, community, and sophistication into compelling visual assets. You’ll design across digital and physical mediums — social campaigns, event branding, merchandise, ads, and club signage — ensuring brand consistency from court to content.

Responsibilities

• Design visual content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels covers, newsletters, etc.) aligned with the Client’s brand tone and seasonal campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral, including posters, banners, club signage, and event branding.
• Develop digital assets for website, paid ads, and email campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing, partnerships, and content teams to maintain visual coherence across platforms.
• Collaborate with photographers and videographers to create cohesive campaign visuals.
• Support product design for paddles, apparel, and packaging concepts.
• Maintain and evolve the Client’s brand identity guidelines across global markets (US, India, Thailand).
• Ensure fast turnaround and high creative quality under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (sports, lifestyle, or hospitality brands preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Experience designing for social media and digital campaigns.
• Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D visualization skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates both aesthetic sensibility and brand understanding.
