Job Description

Goodyear is expanding its global Learning & Development team and seeking a Graphic Design contractor to support a wide range of learning initiatives. We are looking for an experienced freelance Graphic Designer to collaborate on a project-by-project basis to bring our ideas to life visually.

As a Graphic Design Contractor, you will collaborate with Goodyear’s Center for Leadership Development and cross-functional teams to create visually compelling assets that enhance learning experiences for a global audience. Your responsibilities may include designing graphics for eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs, creating visual assets such as infographics, job aids, presentation decks, and digital banners, and managing multiple design projects with varying timelines and scopes.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, required.

• Demonstrated graphic design experience (3+ years)

• Experience in educational or corporate environments preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• A portfolio that showcases clean, thoughtful design and versatility.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools.

• Visual storytelling and layout design.

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Creativity and innovation in graphic design.

• Attention to detail and brand alignment.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.

• Familiarity with Articulate Rise or Storyline is a plus.
