Job Description

Wildflower Brands, located in Thousand Oaks, California, is seeking a Freelance Hybrid Graphic Designer to support the Design and Marketing Department as they continue to grow. This position will require a creative, result-driven, and process-oriented individual who works well with others. The candidate will be responsible for designing for female, trendy fashion brands targeting females aged 12 to 28.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience designing for fashion brands, preferably targeting females ages 12 to 28.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and any animation software.
• Experience with web design and creating social media assets such as animations, banners, email designs, and GIFs.
• Strong organizational, digital asset management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to execute marketing vision and collaborate with the Marketing team and executives.
• Problem-solver with a positive attitude and capable of working independently on projects.
• BS or BA in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with Shopify/Amazon is a bonus.

This position is not fully remote; it is primarily onsite with some flexibility to work from home as needed. The role will start as a freelance contract with the potential for full-time employment depending on performance after a probationary period of 3 to 6 months.

Benefits

The salary for this position starts at $24.00 per hour. The freelance contract may provide an opportunity for full-time employment based on successful performance during the initial period.

Working Hours

Due to the nature of the business, various hours may be required including some weekends and holidays. The position will begin as a part-time role and may transition to full-time if successful during the probationary period.

Work Setting

This role requires in-person work at the office in Thousand Oaks, CA. It is a hybrid model that allows for some remote work depending on business needs.
