Job Description

• Create designs that are consistent with our brand guidelines including look, feel and tone.

• Participate in the development of creative solutions to achieve the objectives of our restaurant banners.

• Design and develop all social media images, display and online assets and their application in various contexts as requested by our brand, for multiple platforms and browsers.

• Work with the brand teams from conception to completion. This includes following the existing briefing process, gathering assets, ideating new ideas, and delivering approved assets on time.

• Design and produce various types of graphic communication tools.

• Design and develop advertising campaigns in various media.

• Design and develop user interfaces for websites in various formats.

• Conduct photo retouching.

• Accomplish other related tasks.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and InDesign).

• Knowledge of web design process and best practices, including image optimization, responsive design, basic HTML and CSS.

• Familiarity with AI-based tools to assist with graphic designing is a plus.

• Good understanding of social platforms, sizes, and aspect ratios for the web.

• Intermediate skills in typography and illustration.

• Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, demonstrating autonomy, rigor, and speed.

• Organized, versatile, autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive.

• Experience creating rich media assets, including videos, GIFs, cinemagraphs, and stop-motion is a bonus.
