Job Description

Goodyear is expanding its global Learning & Development team and seeking a Graphic Design contractor to support a wide range of learning initiatives. The role involves collaborating with Goodyear’s Center for Leadership Development and cross-functional teams to create visually compelling assets that enhance learning experiences for a global audience. As a Graphic Design Contractor, you will work on a project-by-project basis to translate ideas into engaging visuals.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Designing graphics for eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and blended learning programs
• Creating visual assets such as infographics, job aids, presentation decks, and digital banners
• Collaborating with instructional designers to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals
• Ensuring brand consistency and accessibility across all design deliverables
• Supporting localization and formatting for global audiences
• Managing multiple design projects with varying timelines and scopes

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, required
• Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert), a plus

Required Skills and Knowledge

• A portfolio that showcases clean, thoughtful design and versatility
• Demonstrated graphic design experience (3+ years)
• Experience designing for educational or corporate environments preferred

Tools & Technologies

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and other presentation tools
• Familiarity with Articulate Rise or Storyline is a plus
