LC Staffing is seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence across platforms, authentically tell our story, and engage our audiences in fresh and meaningful ways. This is a contract role, ideal for a freelancer or consultant who thrives on crafting impactful content and managing multi-channel campaigns that drive results.

Essential Functions and Duties

• Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with LC Staffing’s marketing goals and brand voice.
• Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging, on-brand content (graphics, captions, stories, and short videos) that highlight our people, clients, and community impact.
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for reach, consistency, and audience growth.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and leadership teams to align messaging with business initiatives (recruiting, sales, community events, etc.).
• Stay ahead of social trends and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing business social media accounts (bonus points for experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B industries).
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills with a creative eye for design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Extensive experience with Metricool or similar platforms, Canva, scheduling platforms, and brand management best practices.

Contract Details

• Approx. 10 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule with regular collaboration meetings.
• Remote-friendly; but must be Flathead Valley-based.
• Compensation based on experience.
