Job Description

About Us: BB Belleza Boutique Inc. is Canada’s first Caviar Beauty Boutique — a luxurious, high-end medical spa that blends advanced skincare and medical aesthetics with the world of caviar beauty and indulgence. From caviar-infused facials to champagne pairings and premium injectables, we’re redefining the luxury med spa experience. As we prepare for growth, we’re seeking a creative and experienced Freelance Marketing & Social Media Expert who understands the medical spa industry and can help us elevate our digital presence.

What You’ll Do: • Develop and implement monthly social media strategies aligned with our brand voice and luxury positioning • Create, schedule, and manage Instagram & Meta content (posts, reels, stories, and ads) • Collaborate with our in-house team during photoshoots and content days to capture high-quality visual assets • Manage and optimize paid Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness • Assist with website content, email marketing, and promotional campaigns • Track analytics, engagement, and ad performance — providing monthly reports and recommendations.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, or beauty clinic marketing (required) • Strong understanding of luxury branding, digital storytelling, and social media trends • Proficiency in Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and/or Adobe tools • Experience with paid Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads) • Creative eye for visual aesthetics and brand alignment • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
