You’ll be joining a team where clients operate at the highest levels of their organisations, ensuring every project delivers meaningful impact. The work is complex, dynamic, and collaborative, encouraging every team member to have a voice, take ownership, and grow within their role. This role reports directly to the Creative and Design Directors and involves working across a wide range of global projects.

Requirements

This role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and passionate about beautiful design with strong conceptual thinking. Candidates should possess:

• A holistic understanding of brand, dynamic ideas, and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience working with clients in culture, placemaking, and education.
• An appreciation for the relationship between user experience, brand, and digital presence.
• At least five years’ experience in a leading brand consultancy with a solid foundation in design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Skills in motion or digital design using After Effects or Figma are a plus.
• The ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Organisational and efficiency skills, with a detail-driven approach.
• A natural curiosity for how creative thinking informs process and an entrepreneurial mindset seeking better ways to do things.
