Freelance Graphic Designer (Remote / Hybrid)
Industry Magazine is a premier luxury lifestyle publication showcasing the best in fashion, dining, entertainment, design, and culture. We are seeking a freelance graphic designer with a sharp eye for design, strong layout and typography skills, and the ability to translate creative direction into visually stunning assets. This role involves a mix of editorial design, marketing/branding projects, and occasional assignments for social media graphics under Industry Media.

Responsibilities

• Design and format editorial spreads, advertorials, and promotional layouts for Industry Magazine.
• Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand creative needs and translate them into compelling visuals.
• Ensure consistency across all materials while maintaining Industry Magazine’s luxury visual identity.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, communicating progress with internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer (editorial, marketing, or agency background preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator required).
• Excellent visual design sense, attention to detail, and understanding of layout principles.
• Strong communication skills — must be comfortable speaking directly with clients when needed.
• Ability to manage time independently and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with luxury, lifestyle, or fashion branding is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience designing for social media campaigns.
• Familiarity with print production workflows.

Job Details

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
