Job Description

Accademia Da Vinci Srl is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager with a minimum of 6 months of experience to manage digital communication activities on our main channels: LinkedIn and Meta. The ideal candidate is proactive, willing, dynamic, and creative.

The role focuses on sharing ongoing company projects and collaborations, with an emphasis on promoting training courses, both funded and paid.

Main activities include:

• Management and updating of company pages;
• Creation of PED and content to share (posts, articles, copy);
• Management of sponsored campaigns on META and LinkedIn Ads;
• Creation of simple graphic materials (e.g., posters, banners, promotional materials);
• Monitoring performance and drafting basic reports;
• Supporting the marketing team in defining digital communication strategies;
• Plus: knowledge of web platforms (e.g., WordPress) and online content management may increase weekly hours to assist the team with website updates and publication of news/articles.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or 6 months of internship in the same role;
• Knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Ads;
• Basic knowledge of copywriting and digital content creation;
• Ability to use graphic design tools (e.g., Canva or equivalents);
• Interest in the training sector;
• (Plus) Knowledge of CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Preferred educational background: Enrollment in bachelor’s or master’s degree courses in the following classes:

• Communication → L-20, LM-59, LM-19
• Computer Science / Digital Technologies → L-31, LM-32, LM-91
• Economics / Marketing → L-18, LM-77, LM-56

Contract Information

• Type: Coordinated and continuous collaboration;
• Hours: 8 hours per week (flexible), with the possibility of increase based on company needs and candidate competencies;
• Mode: Hybrid (remote + planned presence in the office in Milan).
