JOB DESCRIPTION
The Graphic Designer will drive the collaborative creative process, crafting branded materials and sales tools, and serve as the primary liaison between the creative team, requesters, and print partners. Reporting directly to the Senior Designer, this role is integral to the internal Creative Department, contributing to the evolution of Kinder’s iconic California brand renowned for its innovative flavors.
In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, refining, and executing diverse graphic design initiatives, developing both digital and conventional print-ready materials, and creating comprehensive visual programs across various consumer touchpoints. You will manage creative requests, produce rapid-turnaround product mocks, and maintain project details using workflow management tools.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience / Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of applied graphic design experience.
- Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Skilled in 2D rendering.
- Familiarity with DAM/PIM and established workflow systems is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for brands, adept at building communication hierarchies.
- Proficiency in visually narrating compelling stories.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The expected starting salary range for this role is $90,000- $105,000 per year. Factors such as location, relevant education, qualifications, performance, and business needs may influence the final salary.
