Graphic Designer (Hybrid, Part-Time – Freelance Preferred)

Pay Range: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)

Hours: ~20 hours per week, with potential to grow

Location: Hybrid — remote with occasional in-office collaboration in Greenwood Village, CO

We are looking for a creative, highly reliable Graphic Designer to support two fast-growing verticals within the Spartan brand:

1. Spartan Floor Coatings (Retail Division)

A nationwide home-services brand specializing in premium floor coatings. Work includes designing marketing assets for promotions, digital ads, social content, brochures, van wraps, and homeowner-focused materials.

2. Spartan Floor Coatings Franchising (Expansion Division)

Focused on national franchise development. Work includes creating high-impact sales collateral, presentations, email creative, franchise brochures, brand decks, social ads, and recruitment-focused content.

This dual-focus role requires someone who can adapt design tone depending on the audience — homeowners vs. franchise candidates — while maintaining brand consistency across both divisions. A designer who is already freelancing and can be accessible for communication during key daytime hours is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects preferred).
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand consistency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of marketing and brand design.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
• Comfortable juggling multiple active projects across two brand verticals.
• Familiarity with web/digital assets (WordPress, HTML/CSS basics) is a plus — not required.
• Must be freelance or open to contract work, with availability during core business hours.
