Job Description

We are a dynamic and fast-paced Public Relations/Public Affairs Agency seeking a reliable, highly adaptable, creative, and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about cohesive branding, and is equally comfortable designing for print and digital platforms. This is a remote position with availability for occasional in-person collaboration if needed.

Responsibilities

• Design logos, direct mail, postcards, comment cards, invitations, and other print collateral.
• Create engaging digital content, including social media ads, email graphics, and web-ready visuals.
• Utilize typography, color theory, and composition skills to create aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Participate in all phases of print production, including selecting paper types, determining sizes and folds, requesting and reviewing print quotes, and ensuring files meet printer specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to translate ideas into compelling visual solutions.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate creative rationale.

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
• Solid understanding of print production processes and file preparation.
• Ability to manage deadlines, adapt to shifting priorities, and work independently.
• Reliable availability for last-minute or rush assignments.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
