Job Description
Jennings Social Media & MarTech (JSMM) is a global social media marketing and digital advertising agency seeking a part-time Paid Media Specialist. This remote job is open to candidates in the USA. The role focuses on executing digital ads across various platforms, including social media and Google, with an emphasis on optimizing ad performance and driving conversions.
Responsibilities
- Creating, managing, monitoring, and optimizing costs for the performance of ads to generate conversions.
- Conducting research and performing competitive bidding.
- Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on campaign updates such as CPC, CPA, and benchmarks.
- Establishing KPIs and other metrics to ensure campaign goals are met, along with continuous monitoring of program effectiveness to drive value and ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on digital advertising experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with search, display, and social advertising platforms and tools such as Google AdWords and Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Bing, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Proficient in Google Data Studio and/or other comparable data analytics and visualization tools.
- Experience in implementing event-based conversion tracking.
