A well-established creative agency based in Leicester is seeking a talented Midweight Creative Designer to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will play a key role in developing and delivering creative solutions across a variety of channels.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar role within a creative agency environment

• Proven ability to develop brand positioning, campaign concepts, and visual storytelling

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and InDesign; experience with After Effects or similar is advantageous

• Excellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting and discussing ideas

• Solid copywriting ability, with a desire to continue developing this skill

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently when needed

• Experience working with global brands and managing multiple projects simultaneously is highly desirable

• A strong sense of visual style and instinctive understanding of composition, typography, and art direction

• Versatility across different brand sectors, including sport, lifestyle, outdoor, and progressive retail

• A passion for learning and staying up to date with creative trends

• Familiarity with photography, motion, or film direction is a welcome bonus
