Job Description

We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager, Temporary to join our expanding entertainment division at Digital Media Management (DMM). In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging social media campaigns for TV or film projects. This includes executing social strategies, conceptualizing social creative, and engaging with audiences across various social media channels.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing innovative and engaging social media campaigns
  • Ideating social media content buckets and creative
  • Posting content to all social media channels
  • Facilitating community management on all social media channels
  • Building out content calendars and creating timelines for each campaign
  • Writing creative copy and adjusting voice/tone as needed
  • Working closely with the creative team to execute assets
  • Producing lofi, in-app content (via CapCut, TikTok, etc.)
  • Administering reporting and analytics

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience working within the social media space, preferably within an agency environment
  • Experience working across social campaigns in entertainment or TV
  • Experience posting on all major platforms and understanding best practices for each (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Reddit, Threads)
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and client communication/presentation skills
  • The ability to collaborate and work as part of a team

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $61,560, depending on experience, responsibilities, subject matter expertise, and location. Our company culture is casual, fun, and empowering, providing ample room for growth and learning opportunities.
