Job Description

I am looking for a talented and reliable graphic designer/illustrator to support a book project. The work includes creating high-quality illustrations and professional-looking Excel templates that will be featured in the book and used as downloadable resources.

Requirements

1. Book Illustrations

• Create polished, original illustrations that match the book’s theme and tone.
• Style: Clean, professional, and visually engaging (specific style references can be provided).
• Formats required: PNG, SVG, and high-resolution print-ready PDF.
• Ability to revise based on feedback.

2. Doc / Excel Templates

• Design visually appealing, well-organized Excel templates.
• Templates must be functional, user-friendly, and professionally formatted.
• Potential examples include trackers, planners, dashboards, charts, and data tools.
• Deliver files in DOCX / XLSX format.

Approximately:

• 10 illustrations (exact number to be finalized).
• 5–10 Excel templates.
• 5–10 Doc templates.
• Source files for all assets.

Additional Information

This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate and take constructive feedback. The designer/illustrator should have experience in both illustration and template design, and should be able to demonstrate a portfolio that reflects these skills.
