This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday - 9 AM - 6 PM with an hour lunch break or 9 AM - 5:30 PM if taking a half hour lunch break.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join the Marketing Team. The company manufactures and distributes apparel decoration equipment and manages platforms that allow the decorated apparel community to succeed with our products. We are constantly creating and “Thinking Beyond” our current products and services to create innovative experiences for our customers.

The ideal candidate must have great organization and multitasking skills as well as a strong eye for design and the ability to follow directions, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Create graphics for company social media accounts, websites, blogs and print materials
• Edit product photography for company social media accounts, websites, blogs and print materials
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create graphics and presentations for print and web when necessary, including infographics and PowerPoint/PDF presentations
• Manage Hoop Made design files and naming on a monthly basis while collaborating with outsourced digitizer
• Prepare new, inspiring designs for trade shows and social media to hand off to digitizer
• Create internal publication, Ricoma Insights, on a quarterly basis
• Create and source graphics for dealer newsletter on a monthly basis
• Create internal manuals and documentation as necessary for both hardware and software
• Create branding for new products and maintain current brand standards and docs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio that showcases print and branding wor
• BS/BA in Graphic Design or related design fiel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmen
• Must be VERY detail oriented and able to work with limited supervisio
• Ability to work as a team player and lend a hand whenever necessar
• Ability to learn new software if necessary for project completio
• Expert level understanding of CC suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
