Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll be responsible for producing regular, engaging, and audience-driven digital content. You’ll take ownership of our social media channels, produce impactful graphics and video content, and develop digital storytelling strategies that engage our audiences. Our ideal candidate is a naturally energetic and creative team player.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide variety of services and sectors, including family law, sports, celebrity, major corporate deals, and high-profile media matters. This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in a growing, independent, and purpose-led law firm as part of a close-knit and highly motivated marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Own and develop our social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms using both organic and paid strategies.

  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and technology developments to keep content fresh, useful, and relevant.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, report on successes, and refine strategy.

Video Content Creation:

  • Lead ideation, scripting, direction, and editing of video assets.
  • Ensure all video content is optimized for search engine visibility and social media algorithms.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within legal or professional services.
  • Excellent written and visual storytelling skills with a knack for translating complex legal topics into engaging and understandable content.
  • Knowledge of video creation and production.
  • Strong understanding of SEO & AIO principles and their application to social and video content.
  • Deep understanding of how social media platforms function, including algorithms and best practices for success.
  • A team player mentality.
  • A genuine love for storytelling, writing, and marketing.
  • Experience in confidently working with and advising senior stakeholders.

Benefits

Our successful candidate will have an incredible opportunity to develop a rewarding and successful career with an award-winning law firm in a flexible and agile working environment. We provide a competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days’ holiday (increasing to 32 days through our loyalty recognition programme) plus the option to purchase an extra five days each year. We also offer a pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, and income protection insurance.
