Job Description

Inspira Education Group is looking for a highly skilled and technically proficient Freelance/Contract Graphic Designer. The role involves executing project assignments with a focus on producing a high volume of digital assets based on established creative briefs, templates, and style guides. The successful candidate will excel in production pipeline efficiency, meticulous file preparation, asset iteration, and technical compliance, ensuring flawless delivery under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Expert Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, including advanced production features such as Artboards, Smart Objects, Layer Comps, Batch Actions, and optimized exporting for web and digital platforms.
• Technically Precise: Experience in preparing and exporting production-ready files that meet strict technical specifications from marketing teams, developers, print vendors, and advertising platforms.
• Efficient & Streamlined: Utilization of efficiency techniques such as shortcuts, batch processing, reusable templates, and action scripts to deliver high-volume work quickly without compromising quality.
• Organized to a Fault: Keeping file structures, layer naming conventions, version control, and asset archives clean, consistent, and easy for teams to navigate.
• Portfolio-Ready: A polished portfolio showcasing clean, technically accurate design work and demonstrating the ability to produce repeatable, high-quality output at scale.

This is a contract-based role with a targeted pay range of $30–$50 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on experience and other factors. As this is a contract role, no benefits are provided, and hours will vary based on project needs.
