Job Description

Our Medical Device partner based out of New York is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer for a remote contract position. This role involves supporting logo creation, branding, and internal marketing campaigns. The contract spans 6 months, with the possibility of extension, and the work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST, offering a competitive pay of $42.50 per hour.

As a Graphic Designer, you will bring visual concepts to life across various digital and print media, helping to support branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual assets, including logos, branding materials, and promotional graphics.
• Assist in coordinating design projects by organizing workflows, managing deadlines, and tracking task progress.
• Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions and support the production of design assets.
• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established branding guidelines and working closely with senior designers and leadership.
• Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and other special projects.
• Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the overall success of the creative team.
• Assist team members in managing project workflows to ensure efficient task execution.
• Foster a collaborative environment by coordinating efforts and providing guidance where needed.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline communication and facilitate project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• A creative thinker with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
