We are seeking a talented Content Creator/Social Media Specialist to work with us on a freelance basis. In this role, you will create engaging content that showcases our products and solutions across various platforms to build brand presence and engage with our community. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic social media growth plans across platforms.
- Create engaging video content, including talking head videos, showcasing product use cases.
- Develop ready-made advocacy content for employees to share across their networks.
- Produce creative content for organic social media campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
- Support the production of onboarding videos and product teasers (30-second clips).
- Craft compelling copy tailored to different social media platforms.
- Help explain complex AI solutions in accessible and engaging ways.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform strategic decisions and report on performance.
- Identify and engage with industry influencers to expand brand awareness.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating content for tech products/SaaS companies.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to explain complex products engagingly.
- Experience with content creation for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Video editing and production skills for creating short-form content.
- Understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) marketing strategies.
- Ability to write compelling copy adapted for different platforms and audiences.
- Demonstrated experience growing social media accounts and building engaged communities.
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools.
- Experience interpreting social media metrics and adapting strategy based on data insights.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices for optimizing content reach.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Registered business entity preferred (ability to issue proper invoices).
